I’m a firm believer in striving for balance. If you feel out of control of your emotions and behaviors, we can work together for you to bring peace and growth to your daily life.

With a background in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), I emphasize the importance of feeling your feelings while acknowledging the facts. Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), we can discover together the solution to distorted thinking.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Social Work and in my free time, I enjoy playing with my dogs, Leo and Luna.
